Just What I Needed!

I took a late Pilates class tonight at my gym.  Exercising too late at night isn’t my favorite, but for a class like Pilates, I don’t think it’s as big of a deal.  The gentle stretching and solid core work was just what I needed.  My training this week hasn’t been very rigorous, which has been intentional.  (I’m saving my legs for a run this weekend.  More info on that to follow.)  Tonight’s class was the perfect thing to do when I didn’t want to do too much – but didn’t want a day completely off either.  I’ll be saving that for tomorrow!  😉

I also finished Triathlon 101.  Great book – the perfect introduction to the essentials of triathlon training and racing for those of us who know nothing about either!
